Introduction

This page outlines the fees applicable at various stages for the use of IZI Pay cards. These fees support the operation and maintenance of our services.Please note that expected time of request execution (top-ups and others) are to be processed during weekdays from 8:00 to 20:00 each day.

Card Issuance

The issuance fee charged amount to one-off fee of 9.99 USD. When user wants to request card issue, we expect one to cover both the issuance fee and the minimum top-up amount of 10 USD.

Top-Up Fees

A top-up fee is incurred when cryptocurrency is transferred to an IZI Pay card balance. This fee covers the conversion of cryptocurrency to fiat currency. IZI Pay applies a top-up fee of 2.2% per transaction. Minimum top-up amount is 10 USD. Please note that the expected

Transaction Fees

IZI Pay does not impose any transaction fees. However, fees may be charged by merchants or payment processors, which are beyond our control and may vary depending on the merchant’s policies.

Conversion Rates

As a client-oriented service, we are putting our best efforts into informing you on the expected conversion rate before you proceed with the top-up, and try to save as much as possible on conversions, so that you do not as well! However, we cannot guarantee that the expected amount of top-up that we indicate in the interface will be the one credited to your card eventually, so discrepancies might occur and are to be expected due to highly volatile markets of cryptocurrencies.

All fees are subject to change at IZI Pay’s discretion. In the event of any changes, users will be notified via email, and updates will be reflected on this page.
