Yes. SHEIN accepts prepaid and virtual cards, and it is one of the easier large retailers for them because the checkout is built for a wide range of payment methods across many countries.

The thing to watch is order splitting. SHEIN often ships a basket in several parcels and charges separately, so the balance has to be there when the later parts dispatch, not only when you order.
