Welcome to our platform. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to the website and associated services. By registering, you agree to these terms in full. Our services facilitate the issuance of prepaid cards that enable real-time conversion of cryptocurrency into fiat currency. Conversion and card issuance are handled by regulated third-party institutions. We act solely as a technological bridge between your digital wallet and the traditional banking network.

2. Definitions

"The Platform"

The website, user dashboard, and Telegram-based interfaces provided for your use.

"Service Provider"

The licensed financial institution that issues the physical or virtual card.

3. Jurisdictional Restrictions

Our services are designed for global nomads seeking financial privacy. However, due to regulatory complexities, we do not provide services to certain regions.

Users located in, or residents of, the United States (US), United Kingdom (UK), or European Union (EU) are strictly prohibited from using our card services.

4. Compliance, MiCA & FATF

While we provide a "No KYC" tier for basic usage to protect user privacy, we adhere to FATF (Financial Action Task Force) standards and MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets) compliance frameworks. We reserve the right to request identity verification if transaction thresholds are exceeded or suspicious activity is detected.

5. Acceptable Use & Decline Policy

Cards must not be used for illicit activities, including money laundering, fraud, or the purchase of prohibited substances. Attempting to use automated bots to scrape the platform will result in immediate permanent suspension.

⚠️ Card Decline Policy:
To ensure network security, if a card receives three (3) consecutive declines (e.g., due to insufficient funds or incorrect CVV), it will be permanently blocked by the issuing bank without the possibility of reactivation.

In the event of a permanent block due to declines, your remaining balance is fully protected. You may contact our Live Support to either:
• Withdraw the remaining funds to your crypto wallet.
• Request a discounted replacement card (contact support to calculate your specific discount based on your account history).

6. Liability & Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile. We are not liable for market fluctuations, third-party banking delays, or the loss of funds due to compromised user credentials. Use the platform at your own risk.
