Does Marriott accept cryptocurrency or Apple Pay?

Marriott does not accept cryptocurrency, and there is no sign that it plans to. It accepts cards, and Apple Pay works in the Marriott Bonvoy app and at the desk in most properties. A card funded with crypto is the way through.
